Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns / exchanges under the following conditions:
– If the goods are deemed faulty
– If the goods are wrongfully described
– If the goods are damaged
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for change of mind if the product has already been dispatched.
If you have an item to exchange / return you must notify A Mischief of Mice within 30 days of receipt of the item.
If you have a product that is faulty or doesn’t meet your expectations you can return it for a full investigation. Please email email@example.com for full instructions.
